Shipping Policy

At Wear-Doe Gear, every order is handled with care and a bit of creative flair. Because many of our items are made-to-order, we take the extra time to ensure your gear is perfect before it hits your doorstep.

Processing & Production

  • Current Turnaround: Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your gear is packaged and ready for the carrier.
  • Note: Processing time refers to the time it takes to create and package your order, not the transit time once it leaves our hands.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic: We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
  • International: We’re working on it! International shipping is coming soon.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Items

We want you to love your gear. If something goes wrong:

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: Contact us at orders@weardoegear.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days, please reach out so we can investigate.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Wear-Doe Gear is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
