All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Because our gear is custom-prepared for you, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size, style, or "buyer’s remorse." (Please consult our size charts before ordering!)
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or used.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Wear-Doe Gear is dedicated to quality, but some things are out of our hands. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) once the order has shipped.
  • Packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
